Mitsubishi has announced the first 120 Hz IPS monitor in Japan. It's called MDT231WG and has a 23-inch IPS panel with LED and 120 Hz.

Didn't see any threads on this new baby so I wanted to share the news. BenQ has announced a new XL2410T monitor. It's BenQ's first 120 Hz monitor. It has a 1920x1080 resolution and LED backlight.

Don't know about March. LG also said something like April-June 2010 lauch for the 15" OLED but on most markets it's nowhere to be seen. But let's hope :)
Check this out guys! LG has released four IPS monitors with LED backlight and promising specs. They come in 20, 22 and 23 inches and are called IPS2062T, IPS226V, IPS236V and IPS231P. :D
