i have an intel bad axe II, and i just added another fan to my heatsink so its pull/pull/push. it decreased my temp by 5c. i idle at 41/43 now.

the mobo is not atx? and i need it because its cool, but i don't have 500

how would i tell? i feel hot air all the time from my cpu fans.

i have good contact, new paste, and the fan control is off. my fans at full, makes it 50c idle. (i am caseless)

i have a drive connected to the intel SATA port and it's fine. i will try the other ports for you too. but windows 7 did say it detected a set of Marvel ports along with the intel ports.

SSD are way over priced, and my Caviar Black is very loud.
