Im building a new 2600K system and need to choose one of the above. Im mainly using the rig for visual studio stuff and little bit of gaming. Is it worth of going to Deluxe ($240) over Pro ($180)?. If it is, what benefits i get for my work?
Looking for a good 8GB dual channel kit for the above motherboard. Im a fan of Corsair mainly. Dont want to break my bank also. Whats the best memory for the above MB and 2600K setup?. Hope to overclock the setup also.
Can i use 1.5V and 1.65V rams on that board?
I need to get a PSU and leaning on the above two model.
roughly
AX850 - $190
HX850 - $155
My idle system power is around 100w. However i need something like 850w cos im assembling pcs and need to test different configs.
Which gives you the best efficient around 100 - 150w...
Got a racing wheel with pedals. Works fine with TDU but i dont see any setting on GIRD to setup the wheel. It doesnt recognize it. But i have seen ppl on youtube using this wheel with GRID. Anybody know how do i set that up.
Whats the difference(s) between these two?. Is it worth jump to the pricey one over the other?.
Any other better OC boards around that price for i7 930?
Im looking for a i7 CPU, and heard that i7 920 D0 is the best for OCing. But Microcenter doesnt hv 920 anymore. They hav i7 930. Anybody have any experience with their i7 930 processor overclocking?
Im building a core i7 system. Hope to use a single GPU and overclock the system to the maximum. Still specs havent been decided.

Im using old Gigabyte motherboard with AMD 4000X2 cpu. Is it possible to connect the OCZ to it as the boot drive?. Will i get any substantial performance boost?. Im using winXP on 2GB RAM.
Well, after trying 3 2490wuxi i have no idea where to go. I had problems with uniformity specially with low brightness (even with colorcomp) also the little sparkle effect.
What monitor should i try now?
Basically i need good uniform 24" screen. I dnt care much about input lag. But i do need...
Ok, i received $200 off when i buy my U2410 from Dell, Im not satisfied with it because of its grainity. So im returning it and dell promised me to give me $200 of on my 2490WUXi.
So in summary
U2410 - $400 + tax (Currently what i have)
NEC 2490WUXi - $900 + tax + 10% bing takes the...
I hate the graininess of this u2410. Therefore thinking of going for NEC 2409. My questions are,
1. Is it worth for spending double (nec 2409- $1000, u2410 - $500 roughly) on that monitor?
2. What are the known defects/faults/issues of NEC 2409 WUXI
3. I think it comes with ATW polarizer...
Well, there are inquires about this here in Hforum. So i thought of writing a mini review (basically comparison). I was using 2408wfp and move to U2410.
Design

Basically both of them have a pretty good design and solid construction. The main difference is the sand. The V shaped...
Hi guys,
Im gonna buy the above monitor, and mainly focused on
1. 70% desktop works
2. 15% games, racing games like NFS
3. 15% movies
What kind of panel is this and is this good for these?.
Any known issues of this panel, like backlight and tint issues.
Thanks
I received my new 2408wfp like a week ago and requested for a replacement due to a red dead pixel on the screen.
The screen didnt have any issue like pink hue and so on except the dead pixel. The backlight was uniformed and everything was fine.
I got my replacement y'day and i noticed...

Hi,
Im going to buy a 24" monitor and a rep from dell already quoted me a price $370 and with tax it would be $410 or something like that. Is it wort for that price?.
Or any other better one for the same price range out there?
im focusing on.
1. 75% desktop work, like dreamwaver, and...
1. 80% normal work - web designing, word processing and regular stuff.
2. 10% Gaming, (racing games most of the time like NFS series)
3. 10% watch movies.
I was looking at DELL 2408WFP because of good reviews about it. Is there another good monitor around the same price. Size should not...
Hi,
Im going to buy G2410 for my desktop work and it comes with dull plain stand. There are nice dell stands come with 2408WFP sold in separately in ebay for like $25.
Anyboday knows if that stand of the 2408WFP or similar tilt stand fits with G2410?
