Oh and does Big Shot Gaming have a website? my 2nd in command in our clan lives in Michigan, and I am sure he would be interested in attending your next one!

15 people showed up, games we ended up playing: TF2, LoL, SC2

We only had the breaker go twice!
 
you actually have the lights off? haha, we tend to keep them on ... you never know what someone's going to do.

I went to a LAN a couple of months ago. There was probably about 30-40 people there, great time it was!

Lmao there's like a little girl there, probably kicking everyone's ass. Looks like a room at a college to me. Is it? We had those kinds of set-ups at school on Saturdays.

Thats the old OLP - OKC Lan Party crew.......the case with the fur we called the "Wookie" lol.

Was located at Shepard Mall on 23rd in OKC. Was a great place to LAN.

OLP fell apart and was replaced with the OKGG, still going strong today:

Yep, I couldn't remember the name of the Mall. I was there under the handle "Chemic@LBurn" at the time. Great memories. While I was there I visited the OKC memorial and at a well known sports bar in the downtown area, it was nice.

I often wonder what happened to the people I used to LAN with there. Thanks for the info, maybe I can look someone up who might still play CS.

At the time his CS handle was Digital_Dreams I think, this was CS 1.6.

He was in my Q3 clan, his call sign was ChronicPain. He was also a pretty good bass player.

He lived in Edmond for a while, I don't know what happened to him after 2003-2004 or so.
 
It is hard to get the old gang together for an old school lan because of these pesky families, jobs, and responsibilities we have all gathered over the years. :p

Enter the minilan! I am going to have over five or six friends with their rigs and some tasty beverages just like old times. My wife is truly the best! Pics to follow.

Those old school pics made me miss my LAN days, but I just found a local Facebook group that still hosts them. Success!.
 
I think the guy in the tan hat in post 228 was P1nk3y. He died on his way back from the OKC LAN Party Apr. 13, 2002.
He came all the way down from Bartlesville to LAN, it was a 2.5hr drive. That guy was serious about his LAN partying and even planned to come down to the LAN in Ardmore, Oklahoma, which would have been a 3.7hr drive. He would drive all over to play.

Anyway RIP P1nk3y.

Damn that brings back memories! That's the old [D] (Delta) squad we used to play CS 1.6 with. Awesome server back in the day.

The dude standing in the first pic played under the handle Simon Steele, the guy with the headset in the second photo played as Marine, and the dude holding the pizza box in the last pic was Jose/Digital Dreams. Good times man! That was one of my first LAN parties.
