I have a Asrock B365 Pro4-F that I just swapped out. It does have the io shield, sata cables but no manual https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B365M Pro4-F/index.asp
Would sell for $50 + shipping. I can also throw in 32GB (4x8gb) ram for another $25.

Yeah, I can do that. A little more fancy / price than I need on the mb but its fair, and thats also a good fair price for the ram. I have quite a bit of spare of ram but if yours happens to be tried and tru with said mb all the better.
