WTB - i7-8700 and or Combo

Can you use an HP Mini 800 G4, or do you need a combo where you can add a pcie card into?
 
I actually need the MOBO to be ATX form factor.... I have a mid tower I want to up grade to run BI off of (security cams). It is listed in my specs below(the i5-3570k)
 
Are you still looking for this and if you are what kind of budget are you aiming to hit? I have an 8700k with ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E that I've been considering upgrading.
