WTB: GTX 960 or Other HDMI 2.0 Card

Hmm I have a Quaddro k2200 but it's Display port 1.2. You could get a displayport to hdmi adapter. Could do $80 shipped for it.

Bump for being in a similar situation about a year ago.

I think the 960, 950, 1030, and 1050 are the lowest-level cards with HDMI 2.0 support on the Nvidia side. I ended up with a 1030 (purchased here on the forums).

Or, if you don't mind running it at reduced chroma, you can use a gt 710's HDMI 1.4 port (they enabled this trick on Kepler to make upgrading to 4k TVs easier).

HDMI 1.4 can run a 4k tv @30 4:4:4, or at 60 Hz reduced.

Bump, not really looking for an ultra low end card IE GT 710/730 . Would like for it to be able to at least play Fortnite 900P/1080P @ Low for when my nephews are over. Would consider a 670/760/770 as well.

Ah, true - this is what I was doing with an older GTX 760, via the Nvidia drivers.

Good luck OP!

Haven't played for several years, but circa 2018:

A GTX 750 ti could handle 1080p ,medium. A 960 could nearly max it out at 1080p. I've seen GTx 750s on eBay for well under $100.

yo i might have a 750 ti and a 950 ti i'm not using let me look up the part #'s
