WTB Dell XPS mobo 435T or 435MT

Looking for a mobo for $50 or less shipped.

My son has the board above with a micro stutter.
His processor is an Intel i7 920 and he has 3 2gb DIMMs and 3 1gb Dimm with a GTX1050
He is looking for the motherboard above or a mobo with 6 dims for his memory with compatibility with the i7 for $50 shipped or less.

So all of these complete systems should be a good upgrade in terms of the cpu, and in some the motherboard can probably be transplanted to the existing setup. The existing ddr3 ram and gpu can also be used if just moving to the new system. All are under $125, but do sacrifice some cores or threads from the current setup for a much much faster single thread performance, but they all can take i7 cpu upgrades that can remedy that:
