Windows 10 screwing with network

I've been somewhat of a defender of Windows 10, but I swear I think it is screwing up my network. I have a total of 5 PC's running Windows 10 and every time my son complains about the internet or I notice problems I log into the Asus router to see what's going on and I notice large traffic coming from a Windows 10 PC.

Tonight we were having some issues and I noticed something using a large chunk of the internet but I didn't recognize the device. The only thing I could was that it might be my dad who lives in front of us so I called him and it was him on his Win 10 PC. But the only thing he was doing was checking email.

When Windows 10 updates it literally sucks the guts out of your internet connection, especially if your internet speeds are as bad as they are here in Australia!

Sounds like you have a potato routing that can't handle multiple connections.

We saw this at work with 10. Had to ACL off a bunch of ports used by network discovery and disable the services. Kept taking down the network the devices were on.
