Win 8.1 weird timezone error pop-up

I keep getting this damn pop-up notification about a time zone error on my Windows 8.1 install.

Any thoughts on how to fix it? Google returned zero helpful results.

For starters you could try changing your date and time to what it actually is.

Then you should uninstall whatever it is that's generating that pop-up, because that's not windows.

I don't see any way you could get that error, unless you ran some linux distro(ubuntu?) in virtualbox seamless mode.

Date and time are correct. Timezone is correct. Double checked everything.
I don't have anything installed that could be doing that. No spyware, etc.

That is not a Windows 8.1 error. So one of your applications or web applications are notifying you.

To be exact, it looks like Mozilla Thunderbird Calendar :

Google the phrase. It's from a calendar of sorts.

Are you sure date/time are correct? Have you time traveled from 4 months ago?
