Transfering saved 360 games from PC to 360

At long last I'm back into a 360. I dug through all my old backups and found a couple of saved games that I'd like to play off of(oblivion and COD3). I just can't remember how to reload them on to a 360.

Any help?

It is my understand there is no legal way to backup your 360 saves to a PC. So you either used some method to back them up to your PC which is questionable or you downloaded save games and are looking for a way to load them up?

Either way, its questionable discussion... perhaps you can elaborate?

Used a Xploder to back them up. Got rid of that when I got rid of my old 360
