This is when creating a usb stick media with the iso of Windows 10 Pro.

why do i need a admin account for this.jpg

It's due to the video card shortage.

(or since the tool can upgrade the currently installed Windows 10, you need to be an admin to do that)

Your heat pipes in your Power Supply are out of blinker fluid.

Microwave it.

You havent been able to fix that with a microwave since the EPS standard was first introduced, doubly so now with ATX 12VO, where have you been?? You need to sautee it first, then you can broil it on each side for about 5 or so minutes.

The real question is, why are you using an account with such limited access. Is this not your own PC?

You can create an "admin" account with limited access. Would that work?

I thought you had to stop a rolling police car and swing it around while yelling "F*ck the Police!!". Is that not the way?

Because its designed that way? Similar to why you cant change anything on the system in Linux without a root account or sudo. To protect your system from people like you.

Because stupid people that don't know what they are doing and click on and or install everything. That is the majority of users.

Maybe windows use your own local file to copy when you user their tool chain ? (to have them in their updated state and reduce download size ?), that sound complicated to fix an non issue.
