Portable network documentation

What are the IT professionals and network admins on this site using to keep track of all of their client documentation? I obviously have a laptop, but was hoping for some clever apps for my android smartphone. Thanks.

Personally, my department kept all of the documentation on a file server that we all had access to and could go in and reference or modify.

I also use an interesting online service called Gliffy to document some networks, its basically like a Visio RIA.

Office 365 SharePoint. Usually OneNote, Excel, and Visio Files. As far as I know native mobile Visio is not available, the others are available on desktop, Android, iOS, WindowsPhone, and web viewer.
