Fry's had one on open box for $1100, after taxes and gift cards waked out the door with it for slightly under $1.2k. It's only got HDMI 1.4, but that doesn't really bother me as I'm using display port anyway.
I'm sure there are a million reasons why I bought the wrong monitor
but I'm pretty happy with it so far. Not seeing as much of an improvement in gaming that I was expecting, although to be fair, I'm not really sure what I was expecting either.
The one issue that I'm having is that the Natural Color Expert software keep saying that it's not compatible with my monitor. I'll have to do some googling tomorrow to see if there's a fix.
