P4P800 northbridge--passive HS adequate?

i must be doing something wrong ,

i have

koolance watercooling case
ASUS p4p800 dulux w/ 3.0c @ 3.6 = 15*240
corsair xms pc3200LL 2(256
waterblock on CPU and northbridge

i can't seem to get my fsb higher than 240,

maybe your 3.0c can't do better than 3.6GHz

or maybe your memory

but that seems like a good overclock nonetheless

yeah, the 3.0c isn't really the best oc'er unless you got a vapo or promie. 3.6ghz seems to be right around where you should be with water, with air 3.0c's tend to top out around 3.2-3.4ghz. 3.6ghz is a pretty good oc for a 3.0c.
