There is that cooler master ATCS 840 case someone has been begging for, I'd buy it but I already HAVE ONE! Awesome case for water cooling.
 
In for a 4890. Hopefully it will clock the same as my XFX 4890 for X-fire.

I ignore MIRs, The only ones I've ever gotten back were from EVGA and ECS. But, even with out the MIR, the 4890 at $175 is a smoking deal, get two of them for less than the price of a 4870 X2 and you get more performance.....at this point it makes little sense to get anything better than a 4890

correct me if I'm wrong here, but $55 instant savings seems like a fairly hot deal on it's own? ($174.99)
and the rebate would be icing on the cake if it goes through?

If I put that 4890 in my AMD FX-55 system, you think it would still run alright? I'm afraid my CPU would bottleneck it too much, but I'm only running 1280x1024 res., I just want to be able to run most current games maxed out. I'm pretty sure I would be alright with my current setup.. I got a 512MB X1900XTX in it right now and it barely plays Fallout 3 or any other current games maxed out with a consistent FR. Just want some opinions..
 
I purchased the $35 canon pixma 470 printer from this weeks deals. Can't beat that price.
 
Too bad that coupon code for the 4890 is useless considering Newegg has a 10% code running ($19 beats $15). Only good thing about it is it runs until the 29th, while the 10% is until the 25th.

Curses, I bought it with the $15 bucks off. $4 lost to the sale demons. I might try to get it changed since just did it this morning.
 
Wow, that 4890 deal is mighty nice. Probably the best thing I've seen from Newegg.com for more than a year!
 
I emailed Customer service, they credited me the $4 difference in promo codes. They mentioned the deal being done but I was a "valued customer". I'd hate to try to add up all the stuff I've ordered from them in the last 2 years.
 
Figures. Once the 20% coupon expired the XFX 4890 went to free shipping.
 
Any possibility of a promo on some DDR3 SO-DIMMs for a laptop? Maybe a nice MIR or something along those lines....
