I just got a Sparkle GTX460 768mb and everything is great but I losy my onboard sound.
I was using a nice 2.1 for this but now it wont recognize my realtek onboard sound.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Damn. Can I borrow your GTX 469?

On a more serious note, you could try redownloading the audio drivers from your motherboard maker's site.

Yeah, I hit return too quick, its actually a GTX460..sorry.
I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled and even disabled nVidia HDaudio.
Maybe I need to finally buy a USB audio "card" for things like this. Might work, then I can remove it for use on the HDTV and use HDMI. Just thinking out loud.
Please excuse typos as I've had a few beers.
I think I'll let it fold overnight to test it.
GAWD DAMN THIS THIS FOLDS!

When I installed the new beta drivers my ralekdisappered too, just reinstalled the realtek.

Uninstall nvidia and reinstalled Realtech, then disabled nvidia sound, didn't work. Gonna try a USB soundcard.
Worked with it last night and not sure how but my soundcard was disabled in bios. Re-enabled and it works.
