Recently dusted off my old K9A2 and put it into a dedicated storage rig. Doesn't power on although I get an orange light just above the video card slot. Anyone know where I can find a manual on this old MOBO?

I used to have the K9A2 CF board. Pretty good board.

A manual can be found here for that model:

For K9A2 Platinum:

For K9A2 CF-F:

I still have both boards though the CF with a 1090 is in "Reserve" right now. The Platinum which has a X2 6400 is now my HTPC with Win 8.1 seems to be working great, though to be honest I just got it going in that capacity this week. The Platinum has been in steady service since new. I had originally put the 6400 in the CF board. I got smoke and flames for that effort. MSI took the board and REPAIRED it sending me back the board with the scorch marks as witness. It ran a X2 5000 for a long time until I put the 1090 in it. It was the Warden's primary. It has now been in reserve for 2 or 3 months, the CF had the 790X chipset and the Platinum had the 790FX with better Mofsets.

Oops the MSI 790X CF board still has a X2 5000 in it the 1090T is in a AM3 gigabyte board.

Well just a few days left and I will retire the K9A2 Platinum. I have a new ASUS Crosshair V-Z going into that spot with a 9590 CPU in it. Kind of sad as this K9A2 has been a great board.for me
