Looking for a game...

Where you have the gameboard and there are like bad things moving around it. The point of the game is to cut peices of the board off without the bad things touching you or your cut. I know there are probably many versions of this game. I have no idea what its called so if someone knows of one, let me know!

Sounds like "CHIP" that used to be for Microsoft 93 or something old and abandoned like that.
