K8N Neo4 and Antec 500w SP-500 PSU?

Will this combination work?

It looks like it has a dual +12V rail and I know someone that wants to order an Antec case that this comes with. What do you guys think? I had recommended the Enermax 460W as a minimum, but sounds like this one might work as well. I know Abit 939 boards are having all kinds of trouble with Antec PSUs.

939 boards do need good +12V outputs from PSU. I just got rid of troubles by a generic (Cooler Master) PSU. This might (most probably) work for you. I heard this is little louder though.

Some of the Antec's were having problems with the onboard sound of the Neo4 SLI with onboard Creative sound. But if you're getting the regular Neo4 Ultra, it shouldn't be a problem.
