Is there any point switching to a wireless N router if I am already on a G?

I have a ATT DSL connection. It seems to me that my G router already exceeds my download speeds with my DSL. Any point in switching to an N router? I do very little file transfer over the network, so that is not a concern.

Some models have better range in difficult environments....but if you're not doing much for LAN transfers and not pushing your current connection....(just internet based stuff)...not really.
