Excellent condition, just upgraded to a 1621+. 2x4GB of RAM installed and fans upgraded to Noctua's
I have 2x8GB of Samsung memory available as well. It's not on the Synology approved memory list so you get a caution the first time you login after boot but it doesn't matter, just dismiss/ignore. I ran them the whole time.
