Fine print: I don't generally put things on hold unless I have a good reason to, however, if two people contact me about something, I tend to give priority to the first person. If you are around Phoenix, you can come pick up the items in person if you would like. Otherwise I'll ship it at your expense by a carrier of my choice (usually FedEx). I can ship internationally, however any prices with shipping included are for the continental US. If you find my prices unreasonable, I am always open to offers. I can upload higher resolution images if requested. Please do your research on all these items before buying them as if they aren't compatible with your stuff, I won't be held responsible for that. If you would like more pictures or have any questions, please PM me. Heatware.

Trades I'm interested in:
  • 6TB or 8TB drives
  • m4/3 Lenses
  • Nokia 808 PureView
  • Dell U3415W
  • Garmin handheld GPS
  • Unique/rare/high-end toys. Nothing specific in mind, but if you look through my previous FS threads to see the kind of hardware I normally deal with, that should give you a general idea.

Servers:

$499 - Infortrend 1012S - This is 2U 12 bay storage appliance that uses regular x86 hardware and has a ZFS backend, so you get all the benefits of that. I took one apart to see what is inside (pictured), but you will get a brand new sealed unit with all the accessories. Has a Core i3-4330 which is socketed and upgradeable, a single 8GB stick of ECC DDR3 (with 3 open spots), mSATA SSD (presumably to boot, but I've not dumped the contents yet), along with 2 mezzanine PCIe x8 slots (proprietary, but cards are cheap). On the back you have 4 gigabit ethernet (Intel based with one for management), a pair of USB 3.0 ports, pair of USB 2.0 ports, RS-232, and redundant power supplies (80+ rated). Manufacturer link.

$299 - Celestix WSA 8200. This is a very beefy network appliance that includes 2 x Xeon E5620s, 8 x 1gbit Intel NICs, an Adaptec hardware SAS RAID card, redundant power supplies and more. Embedded CF slot as well. It can be expanded to have 10gbit NICs or 24 x 1gbit. Also has IPMI, but I have no idea how to get that working (same goes for finding the LCD drivers). No disks included, but there is a COA on the top for Microsoft Forefront UAG 2010. Just add a drive and memory and you'll be set (confirmed working with my SAS SSDs). It's in like new condition (it might actually be brand new) and includes rails (just not pictured).

$5 each - 1 Available - 2 Sold - Supermicro SAT2-MV8. PCI-X 8 port HBA that has been rather popular for a lot of file server builds. Does not support RAID.

$9 each - 4 Available - Netgear WGXB102 powerline wireless range extender. Factory sealed. Newegg link.

Sold:

$24 - Supermicro X7SLA-L motherboard with 1gb RAM. Has embedded Atom processor. I used this as a low power file server. In excellent condition. Manufacturer link.

$20 - Supermicro H8DCL-iF. NICs don't seem to work, hence the price. If this isn't an issue for you, you can have a very cheap server since C32 CPUs cost essentially nothing. Newegg link.

$24 shipped - AMD Opteron 4162 C32 CPU. Only 35W!

$9 each - 2 Available - Wintec DDR3 4GB RAM. Newegg link

$149 - Supermicro X9SCM-F motherboard with 8gb ECC RAM and a Pentium G630T. IO shield and heatsink included. Board functions perfectly and with the CPU being only 35w, would be for an excellent file server (what I used it for). Newegg link.

$149 shipped each - 2 Available - Hitachi HUSSL4020ASS600 200GB SLC SAS SSD. Great performance with incredible endurance. Rated for nearly 20PB in writes. Both have very minimal wear as they were used in my desktop for years (one for the OS and the other for Steam...not kidding). Can include a small SAS to SATA interposer so you can easily use this without a SAS backplane upon request (you will still need a SAS HBA, it just makes cabling easier).

$299 - Supermicro SC216E26-R1200LPB. 2U chassis with dual 6gbit SAS expander backplane. Redundant 1200W 80+ gold power supplies included. Drive trays have blue tabs instead of red. Branded faceplace included as well. Pictured board available above. Manufacturer link

$29 - 2 Available - Supermicro SNK-P0050AP4 2011 Heatsink. Has narrow ILM bracket.

$9 each - 6 Available - Kingston KVR1333D3/4GR RAM. 4GB DIMM, 1.5V, 1333MHZ. Low profile for blades and such. Newegg link.

$219 - Panasonic Leica 14-50 mm F/2.8-3.5 Four Thirds Lens. Has minor issue with the zoom ring. It gets a bit tight near the wide end and will bounce back a bit if you move it all the way. The photos I've uploaded depict about where the tension lets go, but there is perceptible tightness between 14mm and 18mm. You can still take photos at 14mm by holding it with a very slight amount of tension. The band on the zoom part also has minute bulges in a couple places (visible in second photo). No other issues.

$99 shipped - Toshiba MK1001GRZB SAS SSD. 100gb of SLC NAND instead of MLC for nearly limitless writes and high performance. If you don't know why this is relevant, this SSD is not for you. It will also not work with SATA no matter what you try. Like new with 4 years of warranty remaining. Manufacturer link.

$10 - nVidia GPU game bundle. You will get a code redeemable for either Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, or The Crew.

$79 - Asus P5BV-C/4L motherboard with 4gb ECC RAM and a Core 2 Quad Q6600. IO shield included (heatsink available upon request). Board functions perfectly and includes 4 gigabit NICs. Newegg link.

$69 - Panasonic DMW-MA1 Four Thirds to Micro 4/3 Lens Adapter.

$49 each - 24 Available - Nimbus Data 200GB SSD. These are enterprise SSDs pulled from a storage appliance. Low writes and plenty of life left. Standard height and SATA. Analysis reveals a Sandforce SF-1565 controller and 256GB of Intel NAND. There is also a large capacitor to flush writes in case of a power loss. Benchmarks

$9 each - 6 Available - Kingston DDR3 4GB ECC RAM. Newegg link

$99 - Logitech Harmony 900 universal remote. Includes IR blasters, charging base, all accessories that I'm aware of, and a brand new battery.

$59 shipped - SiliconDust HDHomeRun Prime - Used briefly with Cox, but I just couldn't justify keeping TV service. In excellent condition. Power adapter included. Newegg link.

$99 shipped - Panasonic GX1. In pretty decent condition except for some scuffs as pictured. It rubbed against my bag a little bit on the back of an ATV in Greece. You get all the accessories that are pictured. Have lenses that I could add upon request.

$19 shipped - Kingston 4gb DDR2 ECC RAM. This memory is supported by Areca cards as it's ECC unbuffered. Was using it in a 1680ix-24, but other models support it as well.

$25 each - 6 Available - Hynix DDR3 8GB ECC RAM. Model is HMT31GR7BFR4C-H9.

For Trade - Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H motherboard. IO shield included (heatsink and CPU available upon request). In great working condition. Another item reviewed by the [H] team. Newegg link.

$149 - Supermicro X8DTH-6. Dual 1366 motherboard with 7 x PCIe x16 slots and integrated LSI 2008 6gbit SAS HBA. You'll get the two heatsinks and Xeon E5620s with the board if you want. Manufacturer link

$229 shipped - MSI WindBox 9A65. A fanless and completely silent industrial PC. It is brand new and has only been taken out of the box to photograph (still sealed in plastic wrap). Has a quad core Celeron J1900 CPU, 2GB DDR3, 500GB hard drive (empty mSATA slot), and a mPCIe WiFi card. I'm running another one of these as my router with pfSense and it works great thanks to the dual Intel NICs. Manufacturer link

I have yet to test that (only used my USB3 dock so far), but I'll benchmark them within the next day or so and post the results.

Interested in knowing that as well.

Also looking at them 4 gig ECC ram sticks as well.

gonna sub to see how that ssd performs..... might make a solid scratch disk.

Opened up one of the drives. Looking at a Sandforce SF-1565 controller, 256GB of Intel NAND, and a sizable capacitor to prevent data loss upon power failure. Benchmarks were run on an X99 system if that matters.
