Have a PNY GTX 470 1280 MB That is about 2 months old that I purchased for best buy.

(23) Charging fees for PayPal is not allowed, nor is requesting a "gift" payment for goods (which gives the buyer no protection). Both violate PayPal's TOS.

There is a way in Paypal for the buyer to have it put the fees in on there end. Have had people do it multiple times. Not sure how, but they did.

In either case if its a problem, just ignore it I guess.

Sigh, as explained paypal allows the buyer to say on his end he will pay the fee. Ill remove it.

Yes they do, but just to clarify this , I believe the only way the buyer gets the option to pay fees, if he pays a gift payment with a CC....so its still in violation of the rule that Dr.Evil quoted.
