I'm clearing out the home lab, upgrading, downgrading, sidegrading...not sure. But to do it, I've got to get rid of the old stuff to get money and room for the new stuff.

3x NUC8i3BEH. 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD in M.2 slot, 256GB 2.5" SSD. Windows Pro N 11 installed, 10 ISO in software folder. $250 per

2x NUC8i5BEH. 32GB RAM, 120GB SSD in M.2 slot, 256GB 2.5" SSD. Windows Pro N 11 installed, 10 ISO in software folder. $400 per

2x Surface Pro 4. i5 6300u, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, 12.3" screen, Windows Pro, AC Adapter, Surface Pen, sleeve. 1 is new, but sat on a shelf for a year as a spare. 1 is returned from RMA with a new screen (still has the plastic on it) and battery. $230

1x Surface Pro 5. i5 7300u, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, 12.3" screen, Windows Pro, AC Adapter, Surface pen, sleeve. $250

1x Surface Pro 6. i7 8650u, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 12.3" screen, Windows Pro, AC Adapter, Surface pen, sleeve. RMA replacement for an i5, got upgraded to an i7 by the depot. $350

1x Surface Pro 4. i7 6650u, 16GB RAM, 128GB SSD, 12.3" screen, Windows Pro, AC Adapter, Surface pen, sleeve. RMA repalcement for an i5 (hence the 128GB SSD), got upgraded to an i7 by the depot. $300

Synology DS415+ w/ 4x4TB 7200RPM drives. I'll have to double check the manufacturer, I think they were Seagate Enterprise drives. Bought for a Plex install, then shelved. I never needed that much space, since I didn't understand that Plex was more for media playback than for recording. Upgraded the RAM from 2GB to 4GB. $600

Dell Equalogic PS-6510e w/ 10GB controllers. spare controllers, spare PSUs, spare everything. We had 3 of these at one time, and as there were failures, we scavenged from the others once out of warranty. It has room for 48 drives. I have about 120x 2TB SAS 7200RPM, and 19x 480GB SAS SSD. Make an offer! I know that there are places offering me $20/drive for the 2TB, and 40/drive for the SSDs, but I just don't have the foam to be able to ship that to California! I'd much rather take less for everything than have to deal with the headache of freight shipping.

Pictures will be added Monday evening when I get back in town.

Potential trades I'd be interested in: I'm always looking for a Macbook to better learn it, but at this point, I'm looking more for something more capable than my 17" for VMware, but with way better portability/away-from-the-wall mobility, but I may have that taken care of by bumping a quad core Dell with more RAM and a big SSD. I'd rather have something with a better screen than it offers though. Mostly, I just need cash to cover the money I took out of my computer funds for a bathroom remodel.
