Found a used 7950X, selling a three week old 7900X with a F5-5600J3636C16GX2-FX5 EXPO kit. I ran the CPU with a -30 all core voltage PBO offset and power limited to 170W. The RAM easily runs DDR5-6000 as seen in the screenshot.
