Flashing Intel LOM on Supermicro mobo, no luck so far.

I have a bunch of systems with this motherboard ( http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon1333/5400/X7DWT-INF.cfm ).

I'm trying to flash the firmware to provide iSCSI support and in turn the boot menu to configure them.

However when I try to use Intel's iscsiutl.exe to flash it, the tool complains that it cannot flash an LOM (LAN On Motherboard) device.

"Flash on LOM device not supported on port 1" for example.

Now I'm reading that I need to make my own firmware, and this is quite beyond me. It also seems really unnecessary considering that this should be able to use standard Intel firmware.

My systems are using the latest R1.2c BIOS and I cannot find other tools or options from SuperMicro just yet.

Does anyone have any ideas?
