Yeah that is a good deal only if you are desperate and can't afford a Titanium or Z series.

Wow, I didn't realize that the Recon3D would be such a downgrade. I just figured since it was the newer generation it would be better. Live and learn, I found a chart here that sums it up. I just cancelled my order!

Ya you don't need a new one. Even the Z is BARELY better then the Titanium. I think it has a slightly newer chipset. Which effects only stereo or something.

Not better than many of the previous versions. But Win8 drivers that work and better than onboard for $35. It's still a good deal IMHO.
