Breakpoint? ArcControlAssist

I've never seen this error before:

Anyone know what it is? Google returned general crashing games stuff, but I wasn't playing a game - wasn't even using the machine, the error was there when I returned after being away for an hour or so.

Arc control software crash, is my best guess. Memory leak?

I don't know. I don't have an Arc card, so I'm assuming this is from the iGPU in my 12600K. But after a restart, I don't see this process even running.
