Best monitor around/under $250 with displayport?

Pretty much as the title says. I am wanting to hook it up to my Surface Pro at home for more productivity and the occasional game.

These are the top 4 I am considering right now, but if you know of another then let me know!

Dell UltraSharp U2412M

Are there any better? If not, which one of these would you pick? I am leaning towards UltraSharp, but the reviews on it in this forum are random on which revision you get. And I could get a 27" of the other ones instead of a 24"...

Yeah I actually already own a Mini Displayport to HDMI cable, but I was reading other Surface users' experiences and 50/50 would say a DP to DP connection solved most of their issues. So I was just trying to avoid the chance of a headache... but if all else fails I will just give in and try it
