Best Buy WD - easystore 12TB $209

On the high side as you can get new enterprise drives for the $17.4167/TB that this is going for.
 
Seems a little high. I got 14 TB easystores at that price 18 months ago.

The only cheap ones I found were either refurbished or open box. But if you have a source, go for it.

My last enterprise (16TB Toshiba) was far less than this. I don't buy these to shuck them and actually don't buy them at all since I get enterprise drives for the same prices.

16TB 5yr warranty drive for $269 shipped, which is $16.8125/TB which is cheaper and is a better drive and no shucking.
