Are any of the Adobe web development tools worth using, over let's say standard LAMP, or another setup or CMS frameworks?

I realize that depending on what you are developing different tools might apply.

Just wondering if the Adobe suite for web dev is worth it for any scenario.

I couldn't say about the Adobe tools, but if you're not married to the LAMP stack, Visual Studio 2013 U4 with Web Essentials and a few other add-ons makes a very nice place to do web development.
