Abit AX8 NB/SB voltage problems?

It sounds like he modded a passive heatsink with a fan and upped the voltage and didn't experience any problems. That's about all I can get out of that :).
 
I'd say even he doesnt know what hes talked about. If i was you i'd ignore him.

The passive heatsink on AV8/AX8 does its job perfectly fine, and people can get 260-280 bus on them. Ive even seen people with over 300MHz bus on them, so clearly theres no need for a fan directly on the heatsink at all.
 
Anyone know how to correct the SB voltage problem? Or is it just a bad MB and he needs to return it?
