Very easy for me, at moment I have 7700x@6200 RAM and 7900x@6600 RAM, both tuned.
The 7900x is most of the times few or some avg FPS below 7700x, but 7900x can be better at 0.1% low FPS.
Same apply at x3D variants and you can see it at TPU...
My main beef is that the task bar is fixed to be horizontal thus eating up valuable vertical screen space (especially in laptops)
That one feature alone is worth staying back on W10
