You can't compare anything to a Nintendo product because the very thing that makes it different/better/worse is the fact that it has Nintendo games.

It's up to almost $200 so some people must think there's a good shot that it is real!

Great deal...awesome that you snagged it! I wish I had PCs left to put 7800X3Ds in. The only one that doesn't have one has a 7950X3D but those things aren't worth much these days so it would be a pointless swap (I much prefer 7800X3D for gaming).
