Up to 50% off Razer products

Due to the code mix up. hold on to your codes because they will re-open this deal sometime towards the end of the month for those with codes.

...so should i cancel my order and get what i really wanted?

this is just really dumb.

Razer knows HTML of their products list them on their site have about 5 in stock of each item.

Ok, so the Deathadder Chroma is in stock right now, hopefully they don't sell out before the sale starts....

Death Adder Chroma is 69.99. Minus 50% gives it -35. +13.99 shipping, 48.98 Out the door. Amazon price is 54 regularly with free prime shipping. So much for a 50% off sale.

You get free shipping if the item is over $50. I ordered a Black Widow Ultimate Stealth keyboard. $75 for a backlit mechanical is tough to beat.

What a crap sale. The shipping is a deal breaker for all items under $100. Their store will not let you add more than one item to the cart to meet the $59 free shipping requirements. If you have more than one item your code will not work.

I just added a Razer Kraken pro and after discount it comes to $58.98 shipped. I then checked amazon. The same headphones $54.99 shipped..

What did you expect? Razer is a shitty company, period. They have serious problems with quality and they have known this for over a decade with no improvement at all. They charge outrageous amounts of money for peripherals that wont last near as long as their competition.

Not to mention their Synapse 2.0 crap. At least the Orochi I have with non-Synapse drivers seems reliable. It was annoying when Windows Update tried to push the Synapse upgrade each time I plugged the mouse into my laptop though.

I have had my Razer Mamba for about 6 years now and still works perfectly

Maybe some others have had problems but the one product I own from them I love. I have been looking at the Chroma keyboard since the reviews on it are on par if not some of them better than the corsair.

Thats especially funny considering the mamba is one of the more notorious products they have that fail rather fast.

You are free to buy whatever you want just keep in mind the newer razer junk REQUIRES you install their very own spyrware to your machine for full functionality.

Also keep in mind Razer stopped using Cherry MX switches in their mech keyboards opting for no name cheapos claiming they are their very own (razer makes nothing its all outsourced).

The second matter Razer addressed was the implication that Synapse 2.0 is Spyware. The company did confirm that data was captured during account creation, but says it is nothing sensitive. Only the e-mail address and device configurations are tracked.

“Razer tracks no other information and is not aware of how or where these configurations are used,” the statement says.

It looks like they have a really overreaching EULA, but I see nothing to suggest it's actual spyware (assuming they're being honest).

I for one, am less trusting, so I'm going to remove this software tonight.

But is there any proof they are looking at other kinds of user activity, such as websites, etc.

BTW: the only Razer products I've owned are Naga mouses, and they just didn't convince me to leave my Logitech G500.

Hmm Interesting.

Maybe ill just stick to the corsair. Thanks for the info!

If you buy Razer products, don't be surprised when it breaks I guess. Also that synapse garbage is just bad, all their stuff functioned on their own before that came along, but now synapse is required for just about everything.
