WTT: Destiny (PS4) for Destiny (Xbox One)

All my friends are liars, they swore if I bought a PS4 they'd play with me and yet they all seem to only play the Xbox One so I've made the move as well. Looking to trade my copy of Destiny for PS4 for an Xbox One copy of the game. My copy is in mint condition and comes with the case, I'd like the Xbox version to be as well.
