My friend renewed my WoW account the other day, and now I have found myself at 70 w/o the expansion. (and broke from the school year). I see it new shipped on newegg for ~$35 shipped and ~$30 on ebay.
I would like to pay ~$25 shipped or ~$20 if you just want to email me the code. I believe the copies would have to be new (let me know if that is an incorrect assumption).
