unlocked k cpu with matching Z chipset board nice but not mandatory.
upgrading family rigs on a budget and don't want to cough up for ddr4 in this market.

My brother is upgrading and he has the Asus Z97M-Plus mATX motherboard. Only catch is that he has a 4790k and not an i5. If you're interested, PM me and I'll see what I can work out for just the board or board + CPU if you're interested.
