No offense, no one is going to sell a 920 for under 200. Even a used one. You might as well just get it from Microcenter.

I see C0/C1 steppings for $160 or less quite often.

OP, you have intrest in a W3540?

still looking for the Asus P5E-VM HDMI or other nice socket 775 mATX board with 4x ram slots, preferably G35/45 or equivalent chipset... and everything else in my opening post :)
 
Possibly got the i7 and the mATX, just waiting on their replies :)
