WTB: cheap low end radeon hd video card pci-e

Like the title says I am looking for a low end radeon HD card. Something 3xxx series or newer preferably. Not looking to spend to much. Just plan on modding it to a pci-e 1x card so I can run my 3rd display. Prefer it had a black or red PCB to match the color scheme of my build. Not interested in a nvidia card because I want it to play nice with my 6870. So if you got one you would sell for real cheap let me know. Also if its a 1x card or you already cut the pci-e 16x down to a 1x I would be interested in it as well.

Thanks guys but I am looking for something more like a 4350. Don't wanna spend very much cash.
