What are the current e-ips panels out on the market now?

I know there is a 22 and 23 from somewhere, but are there any larger?

If you happen to know certain models can you list them? Also, including whether they are glossy or matte would be helpful.

My ideal now is finding say a 23-25" e-ips panel.

Last, what exactly do you lose from a typical ips? brightness?

nec EA231WMi, no idea

LG makes a 24" eips panel but as far as I know it is not in production in america.
 
I thought the big brother to the 2209, the U2410 was e-ips?
 
OIC, H-IPS is even better ? Is H-Ips what I have come to know as "conventional IPS"?
