Pentium 4 cooling monitor.

Hey guys, I have a 3.0GHz Pentium 4, and I cannot seem to find a good temperature monitor for windows. (Win7 x64). One piece of software tells me my temp is 298F. Annother says 78C. My BIOS Says 36C. But I can't really see my BIOS when I'm on TF2?!

Specs: Poor gamers hand-me-down rig-

LGA755 P4
MSI 975X Platinum Powerup Edition
4x512mb DDR2 ram
1 IDE 320gb Barracuda
1 IDE Maxtor 40gb (out of my emac)
GeForce 9500 GT 512mb DDR2
TX650W Corsair PSU

I don't know of any good temperature monitoring utilities for LGA775 P4s. I used to use MBM5 for S478 machines, but it doesn't have support for newer motherboards.
