No Joy With This Hard Drive, Help Please

Hey boys and girls. I just got this SATA 300gb Segate back from RMA today. And I can't seem to get it work. I looked around for solutions but nothing found.
dosen't show up in my computer, only in device manager. but having no luck.
I have posted an screenshow from device manger if that helps. will take any other screen shot needed.

You need to initialize and format the disk by right-clicking My Computer>>Manage>Disk Management and then select the drive to do this.
