Was thinking of going quad 775 but thought for a similar price i can get an i7 cpu, which would then justify buying an x58 m/b + tri channel ram =)

Nice looking motherboard. It has lga775 holes for the hsf as well so my True fit straight on.
Been using an old athlon 64 setup since i sold my 775 parts, made the jump seem extra big. I'm really happy with the performance and now the good part i get to overclock
