What companies offer Zero Dead Pixel policy?

Also please include the country, because I know it may differ (I think NEC used to offer 0DPP in USA, but not in Europe).

I know in Czechia Dell offers 0DPP of others I'm not sure.

I think Viewsonic states that their VP-Series display(s) has zero dead pixels. That's quite nice considering the VP2365wb is significantly cheaper than NEC's or Dell's 23" displays.
Overall it might be inferior to them (especially in terms of body quality, connectors and some other features) but it's response times are not higher (although some reviews say they are) and it definitely has got nearly zero imput lag making it a nice and relatively cheap IPS gaming display.
