Help: Lost icon for Right click > New > Microsoft Excel Worksheet

The picture enclosed will give you an idea of what the topic means. But basically I have lost the ability to right click my desktop and create a new Excel worksheet. The picture is just for reference and obviously the computer I am posting on can create a Excel document but the problem is on another work computer. Any ideas short of having to reinstall Microsoft Office?

Install it, run it. Click on My Computer -> Templates, Make sure Microsoft Excel Worksheet is checked.
