yes I already did that and in regedit
I have in msahci start at 0
iaStor Start at 0
iaStorA at 0
iaStorF at 0
iaStorV at 0
iirsp at 3

I am not sure if iirsp should be 0

I am able to boot to windwos when I choose Marvel driver but on the intel sata ports even my dvd/cd drives are not recognized
 
Sounds like a Windows reinstall might be best. And again, use RAID mode, not AHCI, even if you're not making actual arrays.
