I don't really want to cut the original cables, I neither trust myself nor my fingers enough. I was looking around, and I could buy PSU cables with desired connectors and length from cablemod, wich would get rid of the excess of cables and would bring better airflow and general overview.
I don't know if I should change out the fan or the hole cooler. rfarmer suggested the ID-Cooling IS-60, wich is 120 mm in size, 55 mm tall, and compatible to AM4. The larger fan could also help cooling down some motherboard compoments.
That PSU and the cabling from Silverstone are both impressively big!
One thing I did on my Corsair PSU was removed the excess length and unused connectors from the SATA power cable, and just reinstalled the end connector back on the string to capture the end of the ribbon cable. Don't know if you can do that on SIlverstone though.

That Wraith Spire is 69-70mm tall right? There is only about 68mm of room, so yeah you are stuck with it not fitting inside the cover. Maybe swap the fan for a thin 92?
