You sure, I hope it's true as I would like to order a couple more of these.
Looking at their Dell.ca site it's still as of today the 2nd of March for 369.00
I'll check again later today to see if Dell has adjusted their price.
wow, talk about unrealistic expectations on your part. You don't want a TN panel but don't want to spend more than 200 bucks.
Then you will consider a 20" IPS panel for 200 bucks. Good luck unless it is a well used one. The 20" IPS Dell 2007FP is about 400 new.
I bet you paid a hell of...

$229.00 for 2209WA, check it out.
Happy to hear on your 2007FP arrival!
As for the lcd stand, correcting the landscape or portrait level of the monitor can be done by removing the monitor from the stand and then adjusting the 4 screws on the square plate of the stand by loosening them, then straighten them and then re-tighten...
correct me if Im wrong but would presume that you would have to actually install the spyder installation program with the #serial activation as anyone that has the calibration tool would already be registered for that program.
Good luck with finding one. Hopefully you will find someone...
Glad to see you order it. I see from the website that it lists as an IPS rev 05 so that is good.
I hope you do not have to pay for big taxes and delivery. With Dell at least it is free delivery.
True, it could be either IPS or S-PVA. That would have to be determined.
Myself I am only looking at Rev 05 after the manufacture dates of 2008 preferably closer to 2009.
Check the serial # in the back if it ends in "S" or "L"?
Good luck with the sale.
Thanks for the tip on how to correct the stand posture. I will take another look at mine when I get home to see that it is lined up perfectly.
Last time I checked it looked ok in portrait but I'll recheck it.
As for hdcp, I agree, I'd rather have that beautiful IPS panel.
